Enrollment Requirements

  1. Diagnostic Exam and Assessment Interview (₱500/fee)
  2. PSA Attested Birth Certificate (ORIGINAL COPY)
  3. Original Form 138
  4. Medical Certificate (Kindly attach a copy of your child’s vaccination records. Also pls. have your Pediatrician state any allergies, deficiencies/disorders if any, like G6PD)
  5. Pictures – 2 pcs. (2×2) colored ID and 1 pc. (3R) full body photo
  6. Acclimatization Program – ₱3,000
  7. Reservation Fee – ₱2,000 (Non-Refundable)
